Terms & Conditions

Definitions
In these Conditions the following expressions shall have the following meanings:
• “PCT” or “Premium Care” means Premium Care Training Ltd.
• The “Client” means the person, company or any legal entity identified as providing a request to Premium Care to supply Services.
• “Services” means the goods or services to be provided by PCT to the Client under the terms of the contract and “Services”.
• “Confirmation Date” means the date when all the following apply:
- A request to supply Services has been received from the Client by PCT.
- PCT has confirmed to the Client that the course or other Services requested are available and the prices are correct.
- Payment has been received, or alternative payment method agreed.
• “Contract” means the contract between PCT and the Client under which the Services are to be supplied by PCT to the Client. 
• “Working Day” means every day of the week apart from Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.  “Month” means a calendar month.  “Week” means seven consecutive days.
• “Intellectual Property” includes all training materials, course manuals, patent applications and confidential information.

Terms of Payment
Where the Services relate to the provision of a training course, payment by credit card, debit card or bank transfer is required immediately before the course start date. 

Special arrangements may be separately agreed in the case of late bookings.

Where an agreement has not been provided in writing any additions or variations to these Terms and Conditions shall be null and void.

Prices
The price payable for the Services shall be the list price of PCT at the Confirmation Date unless otherwise stated.

PCT reserves the right to increase the price from that advertised on the website or in other forms at our discretion and for any reason prior to the course commencement.

Training Courses
PCT work accredited providers who are qualified and accredited to deliver the training courses offered. All our courses are delivered solely in English, and all delegates must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English language before attending a course.

Please contact PCT before making any travel or accommodation arrangements as PCT will not be liable for any action that you may take by relying on the information on the website. 
It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that their delegates meet the prerequisites of the course on which they are booked, and that the course content meets their learning requirements. 
PCT will perform the Services required by Clients with reasonable skill and care.

 

Course Duration
PCT training courses are offered as self-paced online, video and e-learning or class room based. Apart from classroom-based courses and Video (one-on-on with a tutor) which is tailored to fit Clients schedules, the completion of the rest is based on individual’s availability and commitment.

PCT classroom-based training courses are run on working days only, unless otherwise stated (where a Client require specific arrangement for weekends).

Cancellation & Refund
PCT reserves the right to cancel or arrange an alternative date for a course.  In such circumstances, PCT will aim to provide notice of cancellation or change to the Client. In the event of cancellation, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee, but PCT will not be liable for any other loss or expense arising from this.

The Client may cancel the course booking by notifying PCT in writing by email as soon as possible. The Client shall cancel the course booking if the delegate does not attend the event. The Client shall cancel purchase of a course within the 14-calendar period (cancellation period), from the date on which the contract purchase is completed.

All course cancelled after registration are refunded within 14 days. Course cancellation must be requested within 5 working days before course start date. Please bear in mind that cancellation will not be approved after you have been issued a login detail for your online study platform before we receive your request on cancellation. 

A refund of the price at which you purchased the course will be issue within 30 working days. Once you redeem a course, a refund cannot be granted. All refunds will be made to you on the credit, debit and PayPal account used for the purchase.
