This is course is designed to identify and discuss Personal Protective Equipment, correct hand hygiene, standard precautions when working with customers, dealing with sharps, COSHH and a brief look at specific infections.
This course will begin with the definition of infection control,the different types of microorganisms, chain of infection, the legislation that applies to infection control, how bacteria are transmitted and many more.
